NOTE: Both the Autobots' and the Decepticons' physical appearances are identical to that of the latter issues of the Transformers: Escalation miniseries, particularly Megatron's handgun alt mode from Escalation #2 on-wards. This would seemingly place New Avengers/Transformers roughly between Escalation #1 and #2, seeing as the characters are accounted for from then to the end, although it is unclear if this series takes place in the main IDW Transformers timeline.

NOTE: This marked the second time Spider-Man appears alongside the Transformers, the first being issue #3 of the original Transformers miniseries.
